About Us
It's time to start enjoying an active and fun social life in the
Gay communities of Berks County, the Lehigh Valley, Lancaster,
Harrisburg, the Poconos, Southeastern PA, and beyond with the area's
leading men's social group: GOBAB!
Whether you are single or coupled, you are welcomed and you
deserve the best that gay social life has to offer. You will feel right
at home where you can enjoy the finer things in life with like-minded

Are you with any other group in Berks County?
No, we are a group of men that get together for social activities.
There is no "one" leader; we are all equal in this group.
We all have an equal voice.
Can I belong to more than one group?
Yes, we have men that go to other groups' activities.
There is NO MEMBERSHIP or STATEMENT stating that you cannot attend
any other group's activities. We work with and attend other gay men's
groups' activities from the Lehigh, Lancaster, and surrounding counties.
Who decides what activity to plan?
You do, whatever your heart desires. You let us know what you want to do.
We post it and send out a mailing to our mailing list.
We have interested parties contact you and you take it from there.
How did this group form and where did you come from?
We are a group of men that formed this group out of lack of a positive
role being played by our old group. We are not bashing any group,
but we felt that we needed to grow in a more positive direction.
Our goal is to bring men together in a positive growing environment
of open minds, hearts, and strength in equal brotherhood.
Are you rivals with the other men's group?
NO, as we stated in the first and second questions, each group has
different directions that they are going, you decided which best fits
your agenda in life.
Why don't you post the number of people that are in your club like
the other group does on their MySpace?
We do have a large mailing list through
our GOBAB email, plus we have MySpace friends and our GOBAB website site
contacts that actually covers 4 states. We are not about who is bigger,
we are about having a group that reflects a positive image in the gay
community and those are the men we like to attract and do things with.
